A bit more about me

I graduated in 2020 from Leeds Arts University with a degree in Graphic Design. Here I learnt the core principles of design and had the freedom to experiment using multiple styles and processes. In my final year on the course, I specialised in branding and sustainable practices in graphic design. I’ve also recently developed an interest in motion graphics and have been exploring this by learning the basics of After Effects.

Outside of design, I love being able to play with other creative processes. In my free time you’ll typically find me either playing Sims 4, on Pinterest planning my next DIY project or making something in my office.

As I graduated in the beginning of the pandemic, I took on a job at Morrisons taking calls and placing orders from elderly & vulnerable members of the public, that were shielding from Covid-19 who were unable to order online themselves. After working at Morrisons, I decided to take on a role as a teaching assistant at a local SEN school whilst I started to rebuild my portfolio on the side to pursue my passion for graphic design.

I also love to get outside, whether that’s whilst I’m learning to skateboard, going camping around the UK or even just going for a nice walk in the woods nearby.
